Did a storm blow over an outdoor enclosure or was a backyard gate left open? Sometimes pet parents can lose their reptile friends to unforeseen circumstances. Here at the Phoenix Herpetological Sanctuary (PHS) we take in Lost Reptiles to help those who might be looking for them.
Before the PHS staff can help you look for your reptile at the sanctuary, a PHS Lost Reptile form must be submitted.
If your pet reptile has been brought to PHS, a staff member will contact you as soon as your animal arrives. Please provide all requested information on the form to make identifying your pet reptile as easy as possible.
*A $75.00 pick up fee will be applied when you collect your pet reptile from the sanctuary (if it has been at PHS for more then 24 hours); the 24 hour time period is calculated from when you submit your Lost Reptile form. This pickup fee helps compensate PHS for the cost of keeping your pet safe at the sanctuary while you are looking for it.
